He is having experience of 22 years+ in law practice. He has obtained a degree in Bachelor of Laws & Social Legislation (5 years Integrated Law Course) from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University College of Law, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. He also holds Diploma in Cyber Laws, from Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune with Distinction. He also has acted as a Guest Lecturer for All India Institute of Local Self Government, Panel Member of Lok-Adalat for Bank Claim Settlement from 2004 till 2007. He is working in Civil Litigation, including in Original, Appellate and Writ Jurisdiction, and has successfully conducted a number of cases before Trial Courts as also the Bombay High Court. He is acting as a Legal Counsel for HDFC Bank Ltd. Br. Amravati, Axis Bank Ltd. Br. Amravati/Nagpur, Washim Urban Bank Ltd. Br. Amravati, Karur Vysya Bank, Br. Amravati. He is also working as a Panel Advocate for MHADA, Mumbai and as a ‘Chief Legal Advisor’ for the Amravati Municipal Corporation and in Consumer Litigation before District Consumer Forum and State Commission. He is also personally preparing for cases before the Supreme Court of India Court (Special Leave Petition) and instructing Senior Counsels of High Court and Supreme Court in various contentious matters. He has expertise in drafting various corporate legal documents, contracts, etc. He also has experience of documentation pertaining to Property Laws, Real Estate, Land Acquisition, Development Agreement, etc. He has expertise in drafting bi-partite / tri-partite agreements according to property law, Land laws and Corporate Laws. He is also an expert in Document Vetting and Legal analysis. He also has experience in E-commerce and related Online Trade issues vis-à- vis Cyber Law, and has gained experience of documentation under the Maharashtra Apartments Ownership Act, 1970, the Maharashtra Ownership of Flats (Regulation of The Promotion Of Construction, Sale, Management and Transfer) Act, 1963 and the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. He has good Drafting experience in documentation for Mortgages and loan agreements, for recovery proceedings, etc. under Banking laws and laws relating to Non-Banking Financial Companies for various products (LAP, Commodity business, ware-housing, home loans, Agricultural loans, etc.). He himself is appearing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the High Courts in various matters, representing and advising various government authorities, statutory bodies, individuals as well as corporate companies. He has very good professional relations with leading Senior Counsels practicing in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India as well as High Courts and continues to grow in knowledge.
